This Agreement forms the basis of the relationship between Imat Global.com and you (the learner enrolled with Imat Global for any course). Through this enrollment, you will be subject to the terms of the Student Agreement in force for the academic year for which you have enrolled.
2. Premises of Enrollment
Your enrollment is subject to your submission of your official records to meet the minimum requirements of the course you are enrolled for and your agreement to the ‘no refund’ policy of Imat. Please note that you are given enrollment only after accepting the ‘No Refund’ policy of Imat when you complete the enrollment process online.
3. Learning Environment
The learning process cannot be successful without the commitment from both sides. This section narrates the commitment of Imat as well as the expectations of Imat from learners.
- Imat shall ensure to:
- Provide you with tuition and learning support appropriate to your program of study with reasonable care and skill.
- Provide clear information about your program and units of study and give guidance on what is likely to be required to complete them successfully.
- Encourage a professional and responsible learning environment and suitably support you academically.
- Communicate with you via your registered email address.
- Provide placement assistance to all eligible learners. Imat does not give placement assurance to any learner. However, Imat shall support every eligible learner by providing three interview chances to land a job pertinent to their program.
- Imat requires all enrolled learners to:
- Take responsibility for your learning and development, work hard and diligently, contribute effectively to your program, and respect the needs of your fellow students.
- Take an active interest in all aspects of your program and ensure you are aware of updated information.
- Attend educational activities (lectures, seminars, tutorials, laboratory classes, etc.) as defined in your program, subject to absence for medical or other agreed reasons.
- If the coursework requires an internship for completion, you are solely responsible for identifying the industrial location for the internship and making the necessary arrangements to conduct the internship.
- Make appropriate use of the resources available and comply with all Imat policies, including the ‘POL-011 Code of Conduct’.
- Act with academic integrity in all aspects of your studies, evidencing your independent thought, presenting accurate data, complying with ethical obligations, and referencing other people’s ideas.
- Undertake all assessment activities, including examinations, with integrity, refrain from unethical practices, including plagiarism, and submit by the required deadlines any work to be assessed as part of your program.
- Check your registered email account regularly and frequently both during and outside term time so that you are aware of relevant information in good time.
- Have met the entry requirements for the program for which you are registered and be able to evidence these qualifications at any time during your period of registration as required by Imat policies.
- Read and understand the documentation provided by Imat regarding the course work, assessments, and learning objectives of the program and what they mean for you.
4. Services and Payments
The information provided by the user on this website shall be kept confidential and not shared with anyone. The data will neither be made accessible to third parties nor transferred in any form or manner unless required by law.
Imat Global.com may share your personal information with our bankers to clear the necessary fee payments. This information shall be strictly up to the legally permissible limit and not exceeding.
The purpose of the online fee payment system is to provide flexibility and conform to its continuing students by offering an option to pay online using various payment methods.
It is the sole responsibility of the student to pick an online payment option. Imat Global.com does not recommend, prefer, or promote any particular method.
